How to Measure
- Hand for Gloves: Measure from the base of your palm to the tip of your middle finger.
- Arm/Elbow: Measure from the center of the bicep to the wrist crease (with the arm slightly bent).
- Shoulder/Chest Pads: Use chest circumference under the arms at the widest point.
- Kidney/Rib Guards: Use waist circumference at navel height.
- Helmet: Measure head circumference about 1" (2.5 cm) above the eyebrows.
- Footwear: Stand on a paper, mark heel-to-toe, measure in cm; check US conversion.
Fit tip: Protective gear should be snug but not restrictive. Test range of motion in a full athletic stance.
