Carriers
All orders are shipped exclusively through Purolator, unless otherwise specified or required for your location. Purolator provides reliable, trackable shipping across Canada and internationally.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $250 (before tax).
Orders below this amount will have shipping calculated at checkout.
Please note: Oversized or heavy items (such as goalie equipment, sticks, and bulk orders) may not qualify for free shipping. In those cases, additional charges may apply. You’ll be notified before your order ships if this applies.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll do our best to keep things moving quickly.
Shipping to the USA
We ship to the United States via Purolator or an equivalent carrier partner.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by U.S. Customs.
International Shipping
We also offer international shipping to select countries.
Rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please contact us before placing your order if you’d like an international shipping quote.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- Ontario & Quebec: 1–3 business days
- Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days
- U.S. orders: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided.

Pickups & Local Orders
In-store pickup is available at our Orangeville location. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
