Carriers
All Canadian orders are shipped through Purolator, unless otherwise specified or required for your location.
Purolator provides reliable, trackable shipping across Canada.
Free Shipping (Canada Only)
We offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $250 (before tax).
Orders below this amount will have shipping calculated at checkout.
Oversized or heavy items—including sticks, goalie equipment, bulk orders, and large boxed items—may not qualify for free shipping.
If additional charges apply, we will notify you before shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
During peak periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
🇺🇸 Shipping Options for U.S. Customers
Due to ongoing issues with incorrect duty assessments and excessive brokerage charges, direct shipping to U.S. addresses is temporarily suspended.
To continue serving our U.S. customers, we now offer three alternative options:
1. Border Pickup – Canadian Side Depot (Recommended)
We ship your order to a Purolator Hold-for-Pickup depot on the Canadian side of a major border crossing.
This allows U.S. customers to pick up their parcel in Canada and drive it back across the border themselves.
How it works:
- Select “Border Pickup – Canadian Side Depot” at checkout.
- After your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm the closest and most convenient depot.
- Purolator will hold your parcel for 5 days once it arrives.
- Pickup must occur within this 5-day window.
- U.S. customers are responsible for any fees charged by U.S. Customs when re-entering the United States.
2. Ship Using Your Own Carrier (Customer-Provided Label)
If you have your own UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carrier account—and prefer to manage your own customs, brokerage, and delivery—you may provide your own shipping label.
How it works:
- Select “Ship Using Your Own Carrier (Customer-Provided Label)” at checkout.
- You send us your carrier label(s) and commercial invoice.
- We apply your label and hand the parcel to the carrier.
- All customs, duty, brokerage, and delivery responsibility is entirely on the customer and their carrier.
This is ideal for customers with their own discounted rates or corporate shipping accounts.
3. In-Store Pickup for U.S. Customers (Orangeville Store Pickup)
U.S. customers may also pick up their orders directly at our retail store in Orangeville, Ontario.

You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.
Please bring ID and your order confirmation.
This option is excellent for U.S. families traveling to tournaments in the GTA or passing through Ontario.
🌍 International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries.
Rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country’s customs authority.

- Ontario & Quebec: 1–3 business days
- Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days
- Border Pickup Orders: 2–7 business days within Canada
- Customer-Provided Carrier: Varies based on chosen carrier
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, customs, or weather.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided.
If your package arrives damaged, or you believe it is lost, please contact us immediately at hello@sandersonlacrosse.com so we can open an investigation.
