🇨🇦 Shipping Within Canada
Carriers
All Canadian orders are shipped through Purolator, unless otherwise specified or required for your location.
Free Shipping (Canada Only)
- Free shipping on orders over $350 (before tax).
- Orders below $350 will have shipping calculated at checkout.
- Oversized or heavy items—including sticks, goalie equipment, bulk orders, and large boxed items—may not qualify for free shipping.
- If additional charges apply, we will contact you before shipping.
Order Processing
- Orders ship within 1–3 business days.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
- During peak times or sales, processing may be slightly longer.
🇺🇸 Shipping to the United States
We ship to the USA on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the receiver is responsible for any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees assessed by U.S. Customs at the time of delivery.
Good news for U.S. customers: Following a U.S. Supreme Court ruling in February 2026, tariffs imposed under emergency powers (IEEPA) have been struck down. A replacement 10% global tariff under Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974 is now in effect, with a maximum ceiling of 15% under that authority. Most lacrosse gear from Canada is sporting goods equipment, and duties are generally assessed on the declared product value. We are actively working to ensure our product listings include accurate HS codes and country of origin information to help minimize your duty exposure at the border.

Orders typically ship via Purolator within Canada, with handoff to UPS for U.S. delivery.

🛡️ Canadian-Made Products — Sanderson Covers Duties & Brokerage
Several products we carry are proudly made in Canada — including Boddam and McKenney goalie equipment, as well as select other items. These products can still be ordered and shipped to the USA.
However, as we continue to monitor how Canadian-made goods are handled at the U.S. border under the current tariff environment, Sanderson Lacrosse will cover all duties and brokerage fees on these items for the time being. You will notice that shipping costs for these products are higher — this reflects the duty and brokerage coverage we are absorbing on your behalf.

How DDU Shipping Works at Delivery
- Place your order — the shipping cost at checkout covers transportation only.
- Your order ships via Purolator/UPS within 1–3 business days.
- UPS contacts you before delivery with any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees owed.
- You pay the customs charges directly to UPS to release your shipment.
- Your order is delivered.
