Carriers
All Canadian orders are shipped through Purolator, unless otherwise specified or required for your location.
Free Shipping (Canada Only)
• Free shipping on orders over $250 (before tax).
• Orders below $250 will have shipping calculated at checkout.
• Oversized or heavy items—including sticks, goalie equipment, bulk orders, and large boxed items—may not qualify for free shipping.
• If additional charges apply, we will contact you before shipping.
Order Processing
• Orders ship within 1–3 business days.
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
• During peak times or sales, processing may be slightly longer.
🇺🇸 Shipping to the United States — Limited-Time: Sanderson Pays Duties & Brokerage
For a limited time, Sanderson Lacrosse will cover all duties and brokerage fees on U.S.-bound orders.
Because of how UPS handles these charges, the fees will still be billed to you as the receiver, but you will not pay them as long as you forward the UPS invoice to us (details below).
How U.S. Shipping Works Now
1. Place your order
Choose Standard U.S. Shipping at checkout. The shipping cost you see at checkout covers transportation only.
2. We email you to confirm
After your order is placed, we will reach out to confirm you want to proceed under this limited-time program. Your order will not ship until you confirm.
3. UPS sends you a duties/brokerage bill
Before delivery, UPS emails you a bill for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. This bill must be paid before UPS releases the shipment.
4. Forward the UPS bill to us
When you receive the UPS email, forward it to:

5. We pay the duties & brokerage for you
Sanderson Lacrosse will pay the UPS bill directly. Once processed, UPS will release your shipment for delivery.
As long as you forward the invoice from UPS, you will not pay any duties or brokerage fees out of pocket during this limited-time offer.

Orders usually ship via Purolator in Canada with handoff to UPS in the U.S.
