Return & Exchanges Policy

At Sanderson Lacrosse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we carry both standard retail products and custom print-on-demand items, return and exchange eligibility depends on the type of product you ordered. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return & Exchange Window — Regular Retail Products

This section applies to standard lacrosse equipment and in-stock items that are not custom or print-on-demand.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the purchase or delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all packaging, tags, and labels attached.
  • After 15 days, we may not be able to process your request.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges can be made at the customer's expense for shipping both ways.
  • The product must be unused and in resellable condition.
  • Please contact us first to confirm stock availability before sending your exchange.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll send your replacement product right away.

Refunds

  • Refunds are available within 15 days of purchase for eligible items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product was damaged or shipped in error.

Custom Apparel & Print-On-Demand Products

Custom and print-on-demand items are made specifically for your order. All sales on these products are final.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size ordered, colour preference, buyer's remorse, or change of mind.
  • Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about fit or sizing, contact us before you buy.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started. Production typically begins shortly after an order is placed.
  • If your item arrives with a production issue — misprint, manufacturing defect, or incorrect item — contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos and we will work with you to resolve it.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, name, email address, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
  • Do not send any item back until you have heard from us and received return instructions. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.
  • Most brand-name products (such as Warrior, STX, Boddam, CCM, Bauer, etc.) are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
  • Defective items should be returned directly to the manufacturer through their website's warranty portal, following their return or claim process.
  • We're happy to help guide you to the correct warranty page or assist with documentation if needed.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Custom, personalized, or print-on-demand products (unless defective, damaged, or incorrect)
  • Custom-strung lacrosse heads or team orders
  • Mouthguards, jocks, or other personal protective gear
  • Clearance and sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Nets, rebounders, or field supplies
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or alteration

Shipping Issues

  • Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, Sanderson Lacrosse is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
  • If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement. Please verify your address carefully before completing your order.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in return transit.

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, and import fees assessed by their country upon delivery.
  • These charges are determined by your local government, are not controlled by Sanderson Lacrosse, and are non-refundable.
  • If you have questions about potential customs charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

How to Return or Exchange

  • Email hello@sandersonlacrosse.com with your order number, name, and reason for the return or exchange. Include photos if applicable.
  • We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Do not send anything back without authorisation.
  • Package the item securely in its original box or packaging.
  • Ship to the address provided using a trackable shipping service.
  • Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange.
  • Items returned without authorisation or outside the 15-day window may be refused.

Additional Notes

  • Sanderson Lacrosse reserves the right to approve or deny any return or exchange request based on product condition, eligibility, and timing.
  • Policies are subject to change without notice; the policy in effect at the time of purchase applies.
