How do I place an order online?

Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the prompts. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) and Shopify Payments.

Do you charge tax on orders?

Yes, HST will be calculated and added to applicable Canadian orders at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to change or cancel, contact us right away — we’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

How long will my order take?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes! You can select free pickup at checkout. Pick up in-store at 56 Broadway, Orangeville, ON.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking link by email to follow your package’s progress.

Are clearance or custom items returnable?

No — clearance, sale, and custom items are final sale.

Yes, we carry a full selection for men’s, women’s, youth, field, and box lacrosse.

Can I order custom goalie gear?

Yes — contact us to discuss Boddam custom goalie pads, pants, and uppers.


Warranties

Do products come with a warranty?

Most products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer, but we’ll help guide you if needed.
