How do I size youth elbow pads?

Measure the length between the bottom of your shoulder pad and the top of your glove cuff. Match that measurement in inches to the appropriate size. When fastened, there should be no gap between the elbow pad and either the shoulder pad or the glove cuff, and the pad should not slip during play.
