How to fit your SafeJawz mouthguard
- Boil the kettle and pour hot water into a bowl
- Place mouthguard in hot water for 30 seconds
- Remove with a spoon, lick your lips, and place in your mouth
- Bite down gently and suck for 30 seconds while pressing from outside with fingers
- Remove and place under cold running water for 30 seconds
- Test the fit — if not perfect, repeat using ReModel Tech™
